Hello, my name is Bonita Grobbelaar.

At the age of 5, I told my family with huge conviction that I was going to be a “TIKKER MAN” (directly translated, that’s Afrikaans for MAN WHO TYPES).

Fast forward to 22 years, I caught myself in a successful yet soul-destroying corporate career AND was miserably single. I did what comes to me naturally—never stopping until I find a solution. So I started my own Matchmaking Agency and long story short, I’ve been with my husband for 12 years. Status: Problem solved.

Eventually, I sold that business and found myself in the world of coaching for nearly a decade, asking powerful questions to provide clarity so my clients could prioritize the next best step to better their situation and help them develop order out of chaos—a rarefied experience that made me realize once more my one best natural trait: never stopping until I find a solution.

Bagging my obsession with fixing issues and creating order out of the struggles, the earthquakes, and the chaos…

I ventured into online business management and built Scale To Impact, a certified OBM Agency where we help mid-six-figure and seven-figure business to business experts (coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs) reach audacious goals.

Only this time, now I am fixing client and team issues and creating order out of the messy workflows, the unnecessary stress, and the day-to-day business chaos.

It excites me now more than ever to drive my clients’ businesses towards their quarterly and annual goals, maximize all their resources to propel growth and profit, and help them do what they love most while I do what I love most—in front of my laptop screen, never stopping until I find a solution.
