SCALE TO IMPACT: PURPOSE PROJECT
We believe success isn’t just measured by numbers—it’s about the difference we make in people’s lives.
This initiative was inspired by our founder’s South African roots and a long-standing relationship with a Zimbabwean family living in Village Jalume.
Spanning four generations, this family has faced sustained hardship, including deep poverty, limited access to resources, and the absence of stable support. What stood out was not only their need, but their resilience and determination to build a better future if given the opportunity.
Rather than offering short-term aid, we chose to invest in foundations that create lasting change.
Making a Difference Together
Through our work with clients, we are able to support this family in practical and meaningful ways.
Reliable access to clean water is now in place through the digging and implementation of a borehole, the only one within a four kilometre radius. This has created a foundation for long term stability. With water secured, the family is actively growing and maintaining productive vegetable gardens that provide daily nourishment and the opportunity to generate income.
This work is ongoing. Alongside physical resources, we continue to support the family through education, guidance, and hands on learning, equipping them with the skills and confidence to grow, sustain, and expand their own entrepreneurial journey.
The goal is independence.
Food security. Practical skills. And the ability to provide for future generations without reliance on ongoing aid. As the gardens mature, the knowledge and systems being built can be passed down and shared, strengthening not just one household, but the wider community.
